Here at ARMI | MBH the new product production is continuing to move forward. I am proud to announce the release of 5 additional new CRMs this week in the MBH portfolio. (click on the links in the names of each part to see the certificates of analysis.)
MBH has long been know for solders, and we are proud to continue that tradition with a new lead-free, tin based solder MBH-74X CA3 C. This CRM contains 3.02% Ag, and only 0.033% Pb with Sn as the balance. It is also certified for trace levels of an additional 14 elements, including Al, As, Au, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Ge, In, Ni, P, Sb and Zn.
New lots for 3 popular cast irons are being released this week, MBH-11X HPC3 K, MBH-11X HPC4 Q - both high phosphorous irons, and MBH 11X C6 W, which has low P, but high Mo. (P=0.088%; Mo=1.3%) it is also certified for 24 other elements: C, Si, S, Mn, Ni, Cr, Cu, Al, Ti, V, O, Nb, W, Sn, As, B, Sb, Pb, Bi, Zn, Se, Te, Ag and N. HPC3 K and HPC4 Q are both certified for C, Si, S, P, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu and V.
Last but not least, the new Low Alloy Steel MBH-12X 357 D contains Mn=0.219%, Ni=0.188%, Si=0.211% and C=0.312%. Additionally, it is also certified for 19 other elements: S, P, Cr, Cu, Mo, Sn, Al, W, Ti, V, Pb, Nb, As, Bi, Se, Sb, B and Zr.
All of these new materials are available as either disks for OES/XRF analysis, or as chipped material for ease of digestion for analysis using ICP. you can #measurethedifference with ARMI | MBH CRMs!
