Proficiency Testing Program (PTP)

Basic Rate Schedule - Terms and Conditions

1. A one time Initial Setup and Administrative Fee of $225.00 will be invoiced in conjunction with the shipment of the first sample.  (Includes subscriber, instrument and/or technique profile and inclusion into the historical database.)

2. Prices are based upon the subscription being paid in full by a single invoice for the total subscription period.  All subsequent samples will be invoiced on memo billing only.  For individual invoicing on a per sample basis, add $25.00 per invoice.

3. Unit prices apply to one data set per sample.  In the case of a subscriber reporting multiple data sets from a single sample, add $65.00 for each additional data set submitted.

4. All prices include a single solid sample.  Optional 10 Gram Chip Sample packs (for C, & S) and/or 4-6 Gram (total) Solid Pin packs for C, S, O₂ & N₂ are available at additional charge of $25.00 per sample pack.  Subscribers desiring chip samples only, will be provided an equivalent weight of sample.

5. Prices include transferring samples and hard copy reports via US Mail.

6. Terms of Payment: Net 30 Days from date of invoice.
