Good morning and
welcome to the ASTM International Annual Business Meeting. I’m Greg Saunders,
this year’s Chairman of the Board.
Although this
meeting is a requirement of the Society’s by-laws, I am particularly pleased
to make this presentation today since there is such a wealth of great news to
share. As you will learn this morning, ASTM International is active and
engaged in a host of exciting initiatives around the world. Our members
continue to leverage their vast expertise to deliver new technical solutions
that serve stakeholders everywhere. And the overall financial health of the
Society is as strong as ever. To all ASTM members and staff, I offer
congratulations for helping to create such positive momentum and energy. Well
done!
